About Elevate

Elevate East London (Elevate) was set up in 2010 as a joint venture between the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham (LBBD) and Agilisys, an innovative and successful provider of digital and business solutions. This joint venture harnesses the skills, expertise and economies of scale that the private sector can offer with the Council’s understanding and experience of serving their customers. The partnership, established as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) – involves delivering services through more effective and less costly methods.
